• Account data — name, email, organisation, phone, and login credentials.
• Content you upload — syllabus material, documents, and images you provide to generate or digitize papers.
• Usage data — papers generated, feature usage, and basic device/log information.
• Payment data — processed by our payment partner PayU. We receive a transaction status and reference only; we do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details.

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To process payments and maintain your wallet balance.
• To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and important service updates.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.

We share the minimum necessary data with trusted processors that help us run the Service:

• Supabase — authentication and account database.
• Google (Gemini) — AI processing of your uploaded content to generate/transcribe papers.
• PayU — payment processing for wallet recharges.
• Cloud storage (AWS S3) — storage of uploaded files and extracted figures.

We do not sell your personal data. Providers are bound to use the data only to deliver their services to us.

We retain your account data and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated content by contacting us; some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. transaction records).

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and scoped credentials. Payment card data is handled entirely by PCI-DSS-compliant PayU and never touches our servers. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We do not use them for third-party advertising.

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing, by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
